Situation: Large diagnostic company that wanted to increase revenues.
Work Performed: We were asked to help this business maximize their potential. Since they had no one on staff to perform this function, we acted as project manager to identify and implement ways to increase revenue opportunities, gain greater efficiencies and increase profits.
Case #2
Situation: Client wanted new ideas on how to grow their business.
Work Performed: We reviewed their current operation and developed a list of potential opportunities. We then ranked each item 1-5 based on ease of implementation and 1-5 based on financial impact. Through this ranking, the client was able to make decisions on where to focus their efforts.
