Situation: Time-share business was not profitable

Work Performed: We were brought in by a 3rd party to assess the situation. We reviewed their liabilities, bookings and vacancies to see if they were able to meet their financial obligations. Upon scrutiny we determined they were not. It was recommended that they sell their operations to another time-share business.

Case #2

Situation: A not-for-profit in the red

Work Performed: This non-profit consistently ran a deficit which had a serious impact on their operation. We discovered that their budgeting process needed to be more rigorous. In the past they had not identified specific costs in enough detail, and they frequently budgeted for "best case" fund-raising scenarios. After uncovering the issue we developed a more stringent budgeting process and made recommendations for an increase in fund raising activities.
