Client: Manufacturing

Situation: Audit of financial statement

Solution: Through our audit, we suspected that there may be ways to improve business performance. We developed a series of questions about daily operations, then we interviewed 25-30 employees including the Vice President and Managers. Often employees can speak more freely with a 3rd party. Through our investigation, we learned of several areas that required attention. We developed a plan to remedy these situations and helped the client implement the changes.

Client: Canadian Manufacturer

Situation: Compensation Study

Solution: This manufacturer needed an analysis of their compensation plan to ensure they were paying fairly. We conducted a compensation review taking into consideration job responsibilities and scope as well as competitive pay. From there we developed a compensation plan along with our recommendations for its implementation.
