Problem: Embezzlement

Solution: The owners needed help with their Accounts Receivable. We performed a comprehensive assessment of the area, and upon review we learned that money was being embezzled by a long-term employee. We alerted management and the situation was remedied. In addition, we designed a new system with safeguards to protect against abuse in the future. We trained the new employees and continue to monitor it.

Solution: This small manufacturing firm had no computer system in place to track their Accounts Receivable. We reviewed their requirements, reviewed the options available and then presented the best solutions to them along with our recommendation. We helped to establish the proper computer system, documented Accounts Receivable policies and procedures, then trained their employees.
