Areas of Experience:

Cornelius (Con) has more than twenty (20) years of experience and has an extensive background in providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to his clients. He has worked with both large publicly held corporations and mid-sized entities in various industries.

Con functions as a business advisor helping his clients clarify their strategic and business plans, developing the systems and processes to support their objectives. He brings a clear perspective to technical and business issues and is able to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions to problems faced by his clients.

Background:

Con joined FGMK, LLC as a Partner in 2006 specializing in Accounting and Assurance Services. Con's career began in Ireland with Touche Ross and transferred to the Chicago office in 1985 as a part of a training program at this Big 8 firm. He spent three years in the audit department at Touche Ross prior to moving to Glenn Ingram in 1988. At Glenn Ingram, he expanded his skill set to include a wide-ranging knowledge of taxation and management issues. Glenn Ingram merged with Smart in 2002.

Con has published several articles on accounting and taxation issues and presented seminars to bankers and trade groups on similar issues.

Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting, The University College, Cork Ireland
