Michael P. Donato, CPA

Partner-in-Charge of Quality Control

Background/Expertise:

Michael joined FGMK, LLC in 1995 after working as a manager with KPMG Peat Marwick providing audit services for privately held and public companies. He became a partner in January 2000. Michael works with clients in the areas of assurance and strategic financial planning. He has developed a reputation for his analytical thinking and ability to bring systems and financial controls to very complicated client structures at companies including real estate, manufacturing, distribution and services businesses. Michael's clients include some of the firm's most sophisticated businesses who benefit from his sophisticated financial reporting and consulting capabilities.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Michael is also the Partner-in-Charge of Quality Control at the firm and oversees the technical aspects of assurance engagements.
