Areas of Expertise:

Elan focuses much of his time on the core services of FGMK, LLC that include financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. He also draws from his experience with a variety of financial reporting systems as well as his solid understanding of accounting system structure to help FGMK, LLC clients design efficient financial system controls. In addition, Elan creates succession and financial plans for closely held clients as well as providing due diligence, cash flow analysis and internal control evaluations for his clients’ potential business acquisitions.

Background:

Elan began his career with Friedman, Goldberg, Mintz & Kallergis, LLC in 1995 working summers and vacations as an intern. Upon receiving his degree in 1997, he joined FGMK as a staff accountant; was promoted to Supervisor in 2000, Manager in 2002 and Partner in 2008.
