With more than 20 years of experience and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation, Mario has developed expertise in analyzing a company's operations and structure and then positioning them for more profitable and tax-efficient growth. An outgrowth of this specialty is Mario's focus on preparing companies for mergers and acquisitions and then working with them as they expand. These experiences help him craft aggressive operational and tax strategies for closely held clients, financially troubled businesses, and high net-worth individuals.

Background:

Mario joined FGMK, LLC in 1989. He has been instrumental in FGMK's growth into numerous business services. In particular, he orchestrated the firm's acquisition of a full service computer technology company, a stake in an insurance agency and helped institute the firm's investment division. Today, these services provide FGMK with the expanded ability to provide clients with one-stop financial services.
