For more than 30 years, Gerry Landy has helped companies position themselves for growth by consulting on their business and operating systems. From inventory control to bank financing, he is experienced in reviewing and analyzing their industry-specific business issues and then working with clients to create new processes to speed growth and minimize after-tax income. He has particular experience in working with retail businesses and with real estate businesses and is one of the only firm partner to reside in the City of Chicago (Bucktown).

Background:

In 1963, Gerry joined Alex Bloom & Company and became a partner in 1968. He left the firm to form Kolber, Landy and Wittert and grew the business to nine employees. In 1995, the firm merged with Friedman, Goldberg, Mintz & Kallergis and Gerry became a partner in the firm.

Personal Philosophy:

"My approach to working with clients is first to review their records and see what has been done and what has been happening in the company. Just suggesting one significant modification can change the whole company. This is what I look to do first.
