Norm draws on his more than 25 years of tax experience to consult with closely held businesses on their complex tax issues. He not only works closely with his clients to manage their ongoing corporate, partnership and individual tax compliance issues, but he also brings his expertise in structuring complex mergers and business acquisitions to FGMK clients contemplating these types of transactions.

Norm actively monitors changing tax laws and assists clients with their inter-related individual, corporate and estate tax goals. He regularly works with family partnership planning, managing tax issues related to manufacturers and distributors. He has experience in tax issues relating to bankruptcies and merger and acquisition due diligence projects as well.

Background:

Norm joined Klayman and Korman in 1993 where he was a Partner in the Tax group until the firm merged with Deloitte & Touche. While at this global accounting and consulting firm, Norm served as a Senior Managing Director of the Tax Services Group. In 2003 Norm merged his practice with FGMK, LLC and joined the firm as a Partner.
