David C. Imler, CPA, M.S.

Partner

Areas of Expertise:

David has considerable experience with managing audit and review engagements, as well as providing business consulting services to the real estate, construction and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has been involved in helping clients with acquisitions, financial statement analysis, and special projects. A representative sampling of some of David's most recent projects include acquisition due diligence, financial forecasts, and real estate construction analysis.

In addition to his client responsibilities, David is also a member of the Quality Control Department at the firm and oversees the technical aspects of assurance engagements.

Background:

David had the advantage of beginning his career as an accounting manager with a multinational, publicly traded manufacturing/distribution company. After experiencing the inner workings of a large corporate environment, he entered the public sector by joining the national CPA firm of Clifton Gunderson LLC in 1995. He joined FGMK in 1996 and was promoted to Partner in 2003.
