Drawing from his broad financial and management expertise, Barry serves as a proactive CFO for many of his clients and is well-known for his ability to bring clarity to business operations, work-out and restructuring situations and to provide strategic tax advice. He is a creative, strategic thinker who finds ways to solve difficult business issues and problems. As an expert witness, Barry has been instrumental in coordinating the litigation efforts for firms/clients including valuation, forensics and audit functions of various types of lawsuits. These include shareholder disputes, insurance and business litigation as well as divorce.

Background:

Barry is a founding partner of FGMK and now serves as the firm’s Chairman. Since 1974, he has helped grow the firm from a staff of five to more than 100 professionals. In the process, he has worked with clients in every area of their business – from strategic planning to contract negotiations, litigation, staffing, budgets, marketing and debt structure.
