Brian's broad experience lends itself well to both traditional auditing, accounting and consulting services which span the firm's diverse business clientele. He works with our largest and most sophisticated clients on their auditing, strategic planning and tax planning issues. In addition, Brian is relied upon to take on many of the challenging and special projects which require thorough research, strategic analysis and opinion.

Examples of these types of unique projects include mergers and acquisitions and engagements that are characterized by complicated financial and organizational structures, forecasts and projections. Brian also regularly handles internal control analysis, specialized and financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, contract reviews, personnel searches and budgeting projects.

Background:

A senior accountant on the audit staff Topel Forman for four years, Brian left to become the controller of a local health insurance company. In July 2000 he joined FGMK, LLC as a Manager and was promoted to Partner in July 2003.
