Bill's career spans over 25 years in risk management and related retirement plan fields. He has managed worldwide operations as the Risk Manager, including Retirement Plan Administrator for some of Chicago's most prominent corporations: Midas International, General Binding Corporation and Field Container Corporation.
As an Administrator of benefit plans, Bill has a unique understanding of what a company has to do in order to maintain compliance and meet federal employee communication and retirement plan committee requirements.
Background:
Bill began his career in accounting and then joined Auto Owners Insurance Company as an actuarial technician. After moving back to Illinois in 1988, he joined General Binding Corporation and served as their worldwide Risk Manager responsible for group health, business insurance and the retirement plan administration. In 1994 he joined Field Container Corporation where he continued serving the company in the same capacity. In 1998, he continued his carrier at Midas International Corporation. Finally, he joined FGMK Financial Services, LLC in 2004 as a consultant assisting clients in a variety of capacities.
