For more than 30 years, Perry Weinstein has counseled clients on how proper planning and controls can maximize their after tax profits. From financial and transaction planning to tax and estate planning, Perry's creative advice has helped companies in all aspects of real estate, services and closely held businesses. He also has experience in providing related valuation support in instances of asset transfers, family succession and divorce.

His approach to the practice has been always being aware of the latest changes and opportunities in tax law and the business environment. Perry spends most of his time working directly with his clients. In the real estate area this typically includes analyzing potential deals, planning proper tax structuring to accommodate deal economics as between the parties, helping the parties to minimize the tax impact, working with government incentives, and assisting in the process of establishing proper leveraging from time to time during the life of a project.

In addition to consulting with clients, Perry is the firm's Director of Real Estate Services. In this capacity, he has provided strategic guidance on providing real estate services to the firm's clientele. Some such areas of service that the firm emphasizes include like kind exchanges, cost segregation studies, ownership through "flow thru" entities, "entitlements", debt work outs, and tax-exempt participation.
