Mark provides tax and financial consulting to his entrepreneur based manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professional service clients. He also assists new ventures in structuring their operations and obtaining financing and specializes in directing companies during critical growth stages of their business.
Mark works closely with his clients resolving the unique problems facing companies that have U.S. operations and by foreign companies. He also served as an Officer and Director of a U.S. subsidiary of a large international industrial company and provides FGMK clients with his expertise on doing business in an international arena.

Background:
Mark began his career at a large local firm and then moved to a midsized Chicago CPA firm where he became a partner at the age of 27. He subsequently was promoted to managing partner of that firm where he directed its growth for over 30 years. He merged his practice with FGMK, LLC in 2004.
