Background/Expertise:

Lee has more than 20 years of extensive auditing and accounting experience. His areas of concentration include accounting, auditing and consulting for manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit and service industries among others. He specializes in assisting closely held; middle market businesses maximize their profitability through the implementation of comprehensive strategic planning. This includes assisting clients evaluate their financial health and providing sound practical advice to streamline their operations. Lee has also had extensive experience assisting clients with structuring complex mergers and acquisitions both on the buyer and seller side. He has served as an expert witness; assisting counsel to understand companies' financial position and performance over a period of time. He has been instrumental in his helping clients meet and exceed their long-and short-term goals.

Experience:

Lee joined FGMK, LLC as a Partner in December, 2004. Formerly, he was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche - the second largest professional services firm in the world, where he shared his knowledge and expertise with upper middle market, not-for-profit organizations, large and international clients. Prior to that, Lee was also a Managing Partner at Klayman and Korman, LLC - one of the largest professional services firm in the Midwest.
