Deb has 20+ years of experience in the field of third party pension administration. She works closely with clients, from all areas of business, in the development of their company retirement plan to ensure it meets the company’s expectations and goals. The many years of expertise has translated into the ability to offer our clients innovative solutions to their retirement needs.
Beyond plan design, she manages the third party pension administration practice. The practice prepares the compliance testing and tax returns for all types of retirement/welfare plans. Compliance has become a major issue with the government and Deb is constantly monitoring all the latest legal changes to provide clients with the current regulatory guidance.
Background
For 10 years, Deb was a partner in Ultima Benefits, Ltd., a small benefits consulting firm. In 2000, she joined Global Management Consultants where she was the manager of the third party pension administration area. In 2004, FGMK, LLC formed its third party pension administration practice and Deb joined FGMK Financial Services, LLC.
