Areas of Expertise:

David is an audit Partner with FGMK, LLC. His client base is comprised mainly of privately held businesses. David's practice areas include financial statements, income tax planning, estate/succession planning and business operations consulting. These services are primarily provided to companies in the construction, real estate, manufacturing and retail gasoline industries. Additionally, David represents his clients in their financing and equity ventures. Specialized projects include acquisition analysis, financial forecasts and real estate construction analysis.

Background:

David had the advantage of beginning his career as an accounting manager with a multinational, publicly traded manufacturing/distribution company. After experiencing the inner workings of a large corporate environment, he entered the public sector by joining the national CPA firm of Clifton Gunderson LLC in 1995. He joined FGMK in 1996 and was promoted to Partner in 2003.
